# Bring it back

DRAFT, October 2026. Civic Interplay, civicinterplay.io.

## How to work

1. Ask for the walker's notes or sightings: what they noticed, where, and when.
2. Compare them with the dated table. For each observation, find the record it relates to (a target, an approval, an investment), if any, and link it.
3. Sort the observations into three groups: confirms the record; differs from the record; not held in any record.
4. For the last group, draft new rows marked "observed, not recorded", with date and location.
5. Ask which of these the walker thinks need investment now, and record their answer in their words.

## Care

Observations are evidence of a different kind, not lesser evidence. Keep the walker's words.
